@SeverianX Entiendo tu ofuscación, pues a primera vista parece algo como lo que dices. Pero nada más alejado. No defiendo a ninguna industria que produzca contaminación de cualquier tipo y obviamente la del petróleo es la reponsable del mayor evento de destrucción ecológica del planeta. Y a eso me refiero cuando advierto de que no solo el dióxido de carbono influye sobre el cambio climático, sino todo el resto de la actividad antrópica, posibilitada en gran parte por el uso de la energía de combustibles fósiles. Finalmente, espero no bloquees a tan esforzado divulgador!

@pthenq1 @SeverianX Ok, no estoy negando de que el cambio climático sea causado por la actividad antrópica, pero los niveles promedio de dióxido de carbono están muy por debajo de los que posiblemente hayan existido en el PETM (Paleocene–Eocene thermal maximum), siendo las concentraciones actuales insuficientes para explicar un calentamiento por efecto invernadero. Este punto me parece importante a la hora de dar un diagnóstico y buscar soluciones, pues si solo se tratara de disminuir la emisión de dióxido de carbono, no tendríamos en cuenta el resto de factores sobre los cuales la actividad humana ha influenciado de manera radical, como por ejemplo la destrucción total de ecosistemas tanto con gigantescas urbanizaciones como con la agricultura extensiva, monogenética, transgénica, desertificante, etc. El problema climático es la punta de un iceberg, la fiebre, un síntoma de la enfermedad...

But on an absolute temperature scale like that of the International System in Kelvin Degrees, they are all greater than absolute zero!
