       @JonathanMBR ok, I understand that it is a well-intentioned phrase, but I would propose this other: "Everyone can help another being alive and at another time harm him"...

       @JonathanMBRThe matter is, for me, how we grow animals, how we kill them... I don't find criminal to eat meat, it depends by our cruelty. I'm not a big eater of meat but some time I need/like to. And absolutely I can define myself as an animal protector /defensor, any contradiction in me for this. 🤗😘

       @JonathanMBR yes, I agree.  Because of industrial animal farming our whole family went vegetarian 15 years ago. All fit and very healthy and not adding to a market that harvests animal misery for human commodity consumption anymore. Sometimes I eat too much carbs tho, gotta watch that.
