I recall some years ago getting frustrated with encrypted exchange between MS Windows desktop application and PHP. If you're sure the data is represented how you think it is signed/unsigned, byte order, word size etc then i look at if its usimg an HMAC, the key size, and what they are doing with the salt. Could be appended to something.

Well Visa has 20,000 employees. I presume that footprint is included? I think the cost of bitcoin transaction is greatly overstated. Why would anybody use it? Why would banks including Paypal go big on Bitcoin?

I help put together the docs and MLS searches and some other stuff for a friend who is a licensed realtor in Michigan. For $400k a nice house and 4 acres near cool stuff, or $200k for an OK house and 5 acres in rural parts. Can set up an automated search for properties narrowed down to your specs if you want.

Ok. I think the market is still weird, like it can be tough to buy with 20% down. And if you're trying to do a second or third home i don't think lenders are touching those now. But she can hook you up with a lending specialist who can figure out whats possible. There are still properties that sit on the market so it's not totally a sellers market i guess.

Also there's this guy. I dont know them and havent bought anything but i have been on their email list for a few years. There's another guy that's similar but no bidding. He buys up big acreage properties and sells smaller lots. I remember he has stuff in nor cal, oregon, colorado. Usually no water, electric or sewage. So snikket is Prosody and some other projects mash-up? Like 'snicket cert manager' is a rebranded lets encrypt certbot probably. I don't see where it's pulling all these packages from, there's no mention of XMPP or Prosody, etc. No licenses like the prosody MIT license, but maybe that gets pulled from somewhere? Stuff like 'just do docker install' that downloads a bunch of random software doesn't work for me. Feedback.. hope it helps.

Driving semitrucks full of checks across the united states every day was so much better. And hard cash money too. Or the credit card companies with small eco footprints of employees in buildings all oved the world made commerce so much safer by giving everone a unique 16 digit number to remember that no kne could guess. Well they had to a few more digits to make it a little more chalkenging. Now people forget their password and lose their entire life.

I still use !DOCTYPE instead of !doctype because of some stupid MS IE bug that used to make the page crazy if it wasn't UPPERCASE. Not sure that matters anymore but I'm still doing it anyways.
