@ringoBulgaria has a ridiculous amount of properties for sale. Lots of mountain properties but also your apartment at the beach types on the black sea. I'm not sure how I feel about that decor, I mean they were going for olde property style with the painted exterior.

@wago hows it looking with the corvid stuff over there? i like the nature and scenery out there (MI) , ideally i’d like to start a farm of some sort, have wanted to do this since 2006 and was poised to sell a bunch of stock photos at the time i had worked on for years, and then the harddrive and the backups were stolen, but still want to do a farm, and be somewhere that either has a house on it or can build one in time there. :) what part are you located in?

I help put together the docs and MLS searches and some other stuff for a friend who is a licensed realtor in Michigan. She mostly focuses on the red area in the screenshot but can help with any property in Michigan. She specializes in helping people get their land. For $400k a nice house and 4 acres near cool stuff, or $200k for an OK house and 5 acres in rural parts. Can set up an automated search for properties narrowed down to your specs if you want.

Ok. I think the market is still weird, like it can be tough to buy with 20% down.  And if you're trying to do a second or third home i don't think lenders are touching those now. But she can hook you up with a lending specialist who can figure out whats possible. There are still properties that sit on the market so it's not totally a sellers market i guess.

Also there's this guy. I dont know them and havent bought anything but i have been on their email list for a few years. There's another guy that's similar but no bidding. He buys up big acreage properties and sells smaller lots. I remember he has stuff in nor cal, oregon, colorado. Usually no water, electric or sewage. Billy has some with that stuff.He finances it himself and no banks/credit checks whatever.
