I propose to ban the words "we should" from work vocabulary. A peer coworker of mine does this all the time and I'm sick of closing their loops for them, not doing it any more. Some apt replacements:"I will...""let's meet to discuss getting this done" "Can someone take ownership of...""Would you mind..."
