@matt You know, you can have that Matrix Space without running a homeserver on your own? The rooms are living on every participating homeserver. So if you have someone who need a homeserver, refer them to https://joinmatrix.org/servers/ and they can still join that Space. 🙂

@mitchmarq42xyz Things I mainly miss is the quick way of replacing text between quote-marks (in vim: ci" or ci') because I ofte do config changes and replace values inside stuff.Also, a fast way to delete whole line (in vim: dd) and paste it elsewhere.There might be support for these in emacs that I don't know of, but they seem hidden.
