I saw someone saying they should get rid of "all that 18+ shit" at pride events, and by that they meant all "paraphilias," and I can't help but to question, how is pedophilia "18+" but teleiophilia not? It seems like it would be the opposite.

The term NOMAP is a lot like "not all men." They are problematic but not for the reasons bigots always say they are. They suggest exception to the norm when really the share of members of the demographic who are doing the harmful thing is nowhere near all or even most.
