So, people are acting as if there is currently an active, bustling community of thousands of MAPs on Twitter. And they imagine that MAPs are constantly banging at the gates to the LGBT community demanding to be let in - when that wasn't even the case when there was a larger MAP presence on Twitter. (Also, as time goes by, I've noticed that fewer and fewer LGBT MAPs want to be associated with your community.)On top of that, plenty of threats of death and violence. More examples in the thread. Posts like this get off scot free and amass hundreds of likes/RTs meanwhile you are quickly banned for calling yourself a MAP even if most of what you talk about is CSA prevention and anti contact views. Great.

Not sure if you realize that the phrase "mentally depraved community" is actually ableist as hell. And wow, a threat of violent mutilation. Let me remind you that this post has 700+ likes and still hasn't been removed.

@Azraeil These people really do treat being LGBT as a fandom you can gatekeep people from instead of just something you are.
