People complain about generated AI slop images, but honestly they feel no different to me than stock images. And the more I think about it, the more they are the same to me, except that one at least tries to be somewhat reputable and the other is fully mask-off.Copyright has been dead for a while now, but with gen AI we finally stopped pretending that we care about paying the creators

So much casual hatred of men and masculinity on this platform. Unrelated: anybody knows where all our trans masc friends are?I know, there is a lot of masculinity trauma out there, we do live in a patriarchy after all. As a community mod I've seen quite a few interpersonal conflicts, and one hard and uncomfortable truth I've had to learn is that often times there is virtually no way to distinguish "an abuser bullying some people out" from "victims trying to fend off an abuser" without getting intimately familiar with the situation.
