@sir Interesting approach, thanks for the comparison.I do like the ability to add comments and suggestions to specific lines though, as the Github webinterface provides. Is that possible or planned with git-send-email?Also... the "rant" warning in your CW nearly caused me to ignore this toot. I probably would have found it more approachable if it was more like "Here's an alternative to GitHub workflow". Still, thanks for posting this.

Eigentlich könnten Smartphones ja tolle mobile Spielekonsolen sein – wenn sie fühlbare Tasten hätten! Bei einem Touchscreen tipp ich einfach zu oft daneben.Idee deshalb: eine Handy-Hülle, bei der man Teile der Rückseite nach vorne über das Display klappen kann, so dass haptische Knöpfe auf dem Touchscreen liegen (beim Drücken werden dann Touch-Events ausgelöst).Gibt's sowas schon? Hab gestern meine #Deutschlandticket-Chipkarte von der #BSAG bekommen.Schlecht: zwei Tippfehler im Namen.Gut: bin grad (Sa. um 17:30!) spontan zum Kundencenter Domsheide gefahren, um die Korrektur in die Wege zu leiten. Der Bearbeiter schaut sich das an, vergleicht mit Perso, tippt ein bisschen, sagt "Bin gleich wieder da", drückt mir nach zwei Minuten eine neue Karte in die Hand 🤯.Beeindruckend! Geschwindigkeitslevel "mein-Fahrrad-Rücklicht-ist-nicht-mal-ausgegangen".#Service #Bremen

Könnt ihr eine Webseite empfehlen, die zuverlässig die eigene öffentliche IPv4-Adresse im Browser anzeigt? Die meisten Seiten, die ich kenne, zeigen mir inzwischen die IPv6-Adresse an – das ist zwar auch praktisch, aber manchmal brauch ich halt die andere.Und ich kann zwar sowas wie `curl -4 https://myip.dk` machen; aber ich hätt auch gerne eine Anzeige im Browser.#IPv4 #IPv6

@benjojo Yes! These missing intermediate certificates are my personal pet peeve! This is especially a problem since I usually create a new Firefox profile for each window, which then lacks many of the "usual" intermediate certificates, and therefore I get many more SSL errors. And in many cases these SSL errors do not occur for the website operators, making it really difficult to convince them that they need to fix something on their side.
