LoLSo, last night before I shut down I was trying to book the flights and found out that Revolut Business had frozen the money I was trying to move to my personal S-Pankki, meaning my card was empty and I had to wait until today.Today I check S-Pankki app, see the money, go for the groceries (yeah I don't always bother with cash at the local)... [blah blah blah error message in Finnish]. I check the app, it still works, I go to the card list to see if it's blocked... the list is empty 🤡

TLDR The other day I sent them a message about a merchant charging direct debit and ignoring emails, like "hey can you cancel and start whatever the process". They instead closed the card and wrote "now use the app to log into the web app and find this button in that menu to request opening a dispute"#Compliance and #Incompetence, why does my livelihood have to depend on as ridiculous an industry as modern fucking #banking

@nobody another funny bit is that I'm failing to find in Belgian or Finnish legislation most of the same protections introduced in Russia during Putin's break/Medvedev's term, e.g. a defined order of "a police officer's addressing a citizen". One popular (ru|you)tube category used to be people teaching traffic inspectors to perform the mantra of "your name, rank, department, and what are thegroundso of your address" and explaining that "yes I am allowed to record you because you are on duty"
