       @yogthos she's basically a Russian asset at this point. It's always "bad US" with her. She has no qualms calling for a "diplomatic solution" for the war in Ukraine, which basically means Putin gets to keep whatever part of the country currently occupied. The term "proxy war" in the Ukraine says it all. It's the US's fault in her eyes.

       @grillchen @mametsuko @Eidon wait... You're sure? I remember that the landlord cannot force you to pay for the usual wear and tear of the existing floor. But I don't think that there has to be one. If it's just pure concrete, you have to bring your own (and obviously keep it when moving out. You don't have to just give it to the landlord). A quick Google doesn't show anything to the contrary.

       @grillchen @mametsuko @Eidon ah ok, that does sound reasonable. I've had flats with this vinyl type flooring that's ugly und uncomfortable as hell, but probably counts as reasonable. Hence why I always brought my own flooring. Can't remember if I ever had anything with just concrete.

Don't know the current state of affairs there, though.

       @tante das Problem ist: Protest ist quasi reine Kommunikation. Und hier fällt es mir ernsthaft schwer, die eigentliche Nachricht zu sehen. Flughäfen lahmlegen, Privatjets anmalen, Straßen blockieren: krieg ich alles in meinem Kopf mit Protest bzgl. Klimawandel verbunden. Aber Kulturdenkmäler mit Farbe besprühen? Ist ja jetzt nicht so, dass dadurch irgendwelche Aufmerksamkeit aufs Thema gelenkt wird oder irgendwas klimaschädliches behindert wird.

       @linuxnews unpopular? Ich behaupte mal, dass das gängige Theorie ist. Dass in der Praxis viele Führungskräfte nicht danach arbeiten und viele Chefs das auch gar nicht wollen, bzw. sich erstmal angegriffen fühlen, ist dann halt wieder dieser berühmte Unterschied zwischen Theorie und Praxis...
