The most effective trolls are those which get the longest and most enraged response for the least input of effort.Conversely, sometimes the most productive troll is to provide well researched factual info irrefutably revealing the basis of someone's argument to be a steaming pile of feces.Thing is most of the time neither of these tactics work very well on SJWs, because they're usually too brainwashed and sfb to do more than rage block. @skypage There are no easy answers to most problems. It's a false dichotomy to think things can boil down to a choice between black or white. Also lazy thinking. Some correct answers are mutually contradictory.Like I troll both SJWs & wiggers (aka: white nationalist). Yet I actually agree with some things SJWs have to say. I also sometimes agree with what wiggers have to say. It's more their ignor'ance and violence I object to than the concerns that prompt it. I also think we need more lulz.

It picked up steam in the USA, Canada and UK in the late 60's via the radical feminist movement. @djsumdog Really that's ochlocracy.I wish people were better versed in the diversity of types of democracy, because "democracy" on it's own is just a ridiculously dumbed down trope that has historically been a disaster every time it's tried. It's nonsense bleated by NPCs. People forget that gang rape is technically democratic (ie. only one person voted "no"). But it doesn't have to be that way. It's why republicanism and parliamentary procedure exist, and so many other methodologies too.

@kaniini So basically it's "pre-crime"? I don't think you can really say there's no value judgement involved when you make a decision like that before even having a instance of abuse occur. Besides which, I would hope your user-base is mature enough to avail themselves of their own per account option to filter content they might find objectionable. Well, I just learned that all the profile images of cartoon children, isn't just for show. It actually reflects the prevailing mindset of the community on the fediverse. Sadly, I think that's about the last straw for me. It's been a slice. Of what exactly, I'm not so sure tbh.

@rtwx Agreed. There are some folks here I'll miss, but tbh, it wasn't just one thing. It's been adding up almost since day one. I find the experience isn't sufficiently different from other commercial social networks, and in delving into the technical side of it, I find the privacy/security and overall respect for liberty in general actually quite a bit worse on a number of counts. I may create another totally separate account just to lurk, but I won't be posting anymore, nor on this account.
