@ifixcoinops Well right but that website is pointing out it's the adapters Nvidia supplies that have not enough metal, while proper wires from good PSU manufacturers are wired appropriately and not catching fire.

@llebrun Disagree. It's a strong case for open and federated protocols and encouraging people to run their own infrastructure for family and friends.Giant instances are the problem, regardless of who runs them.

@feld What software? What breakages? Rust keeps a strict backwards compatibility back to 1.0 so this shouldn't be the case, at least I haven't ran into it.

@occirol I actually just implemented this yesterday and pushed it today, uses a #PGP key from a #YubiKey to decrypt a #LUKS partition at boot. This is for #ArchLinux but you can probably adapt it to Ubuntu easily enough.https://code.moparisthebest.com/moparisthebest/initramfs-pgp-encrypt
