So... after using :slackware: slackware for quite a long time, I've decided to distro hop! After looking and surveying distros, I've managed to narrow my choices to :voidlinux: Void Linux and :fedora: Fedora. Which one should i hop to? If you have better choices or have questions, please comment! Thank You!

@OpenComputeDesign Thank you for the suggestion! Moving from Slackware, I really want to try more up-to-date distros, and debian is focused more on stability than up-to-date-ness (like slackware, but better).

@malin I find lilo (linux loader) a very useful program to boot any partition in a hard-disk, perfect for fixing boot loaders

has anybody read the Unix Haters handbook? What do you think about it?I find it very entertaining, poking fun at the Unix philosophy.

@neb I've been pondering about moving to BSD, as I really love OpenBSD's design, and it has been a running joke that most slackware users will eventually move up to BSD

@OpenComputeDesign I hate human creations. They are so full of imperfections. And there's nothing I could do. Cause I'm also human and can't fix the imperfections any way, or sometimes adds more imperfections.
