So... after using :slackware: slackware for quite a long time, I've decided to distro hop! After looking and surveying distros, I've managed to narrow my choices to :voidlinux: Void Linux and :fedora: Fedora. Which one should i hop to? If you have better choices or have questions, please comment! Thank You!

@megriffin My first choice is always Debian, or if you want something a bit more preconfigured, MX Linux

@OpenComputeDesign Thank you for the suggestion! Moving from Slackware, I really want to try more up-to-date distros, and debian is focused more on stability than up-to-date-ness (like slackware, but better).

@megriffin Yeah, debian isn't exactly bleeding edge. Arch and derivatives are very bleeding edge, though I've also never had an arch based distro NOT self destruct. Then again, I am an expert at unknowing breaking things, so it could just as easily by my fault.

@neb I've been pondering about moving to BSD, as I really love OpenBSD's design, and it has been a running joke that most slackware users will eventually move up to BSD
