@salixlucida I couldn't figure out what a "vegan food court" was; it refers to a gathering of eating places, a "food court". Not the place meat-eaters inexplicably and secretly fear they will all end up when talking to vegans.And it's true! Everytime you bug a vegan, they report you to the hive mind (which all vegans access, because they are more psychic than you). #veganfoodcourt

@publius I'll take it!We play 52-card deck games, but I didn't explicitly ask for suggestions because there are so many. It's like asking for an RPG system versus a D&D module, ya know?However, I personally don't know cribbage, so it's on my list. ^_^ Thanks!

@jalcine my favorite thing is to pick up an external spinning drive while it's running and move it slightly, feeling that gyroscopic motion... and then put it back down before my 1s and 0s get scratched! Oh the excitement!>! ^_^

@solderpunk Music is more important than currency, so if a music producer doesn't make it easy to support them with currency without forming a relationship with their corporate markets, I skip the currency part. Music belongs to all of us; everything else is distrubution. ^_^

I don't hate blocks, #gutenberg editor. I just don't think every web page should be layed out as a drag-and-drop series of arbitrary text that you *encourage*. But then, that's what #WordPress is for...

@daelf I barely scratched the surface with D8, but I remember back in the D6 days we could add text filters to parse in order, and it is unbelievably powerful! Now everything is a JS-app embed!?!

Folks, I have a very simple need I can't figure out:A way to send folks plain-text messages based on an RSS feed.We generate a feed for each effort, and folks want to get email notifications, and I don't want to share their data with creepy companies or send HTML.
