@icedquinn It depends...There are two sections in the window dealing with NPC comms.The dialogue would be a wall of text with a selection being highlighted as a topic to approach. These topics are usually relevant to the subject or the quest at hand.To the left of the dialogue section you would have a list of topics, these are either global or what is permitted.I am doing this from memory and I am doing this wrong... 🤔

@icedquinn This is from a very heavy modded playthrough in OpenMW with some QoL settings enabled.Some NPCs only offer some options, relevant to the player, quest, and or disposition.Others are walking encyclopedias.

@strypey I am not getting something here." What happened on Tuesday is part of a worldwide wave of anti-incumbent sentiment. "When one party wins over another sitting party during an election it is by definition "anti-incumbant". Am I wrong in thinking that this is part of the democratic process?I cannot even say its anti-establishment.
