@Klaatu thank you for the correction.But my original question remains. I personally can't speak anything but English, but understand a good chunk of Spanish. Could Trump understand several languages even if he doesn't speak them?

@SquirrelGirl they are not issuing IOUs. Earlier today this happened to a customer in front of me, and the cashier said "I don't have the 11 cents. We are out of change. Is that ok?" They are just not giving change back. And no signs or anything to say this before the customer pays.

@GreenZeta when I was working in Las Vegas, Bush jr landed in 757, and left in a 737 after his lunch meeting. They shut down the airport for about an hour and a half. I do not remember where he was heading that needed the smaller plane.
