@BrodieOnLinux "Ah yes, I see you know your MyGov well, good one. And you sir, are you waiting to receive my limp SMS? How dare you?!"

@BrodieOnLinux That happens to me at least once a month. There must be some sort of update cycle that throws the whole system off.It was easier for them (not us) so they didn't have to bother upgrading their legacy Windows Active Directory servers. They have been known to run systems as old as Windows 95, initial reports of these came out in 2022 so I wouldn't be surprised if some of the servers are still out of date and they're using myID as a "SSO firewall". Which is just a horrible mindset and like all (for the lack of a better word) corperations whom refuse to take cybersec seriously will eventually fall victimto a data breach.

@BrodieOnLinux Before Rust came out I never heard of this hardcore programming language fanboy bullshit. Yeah there were people that preferred certain languages over the other but the absolute hate towards people that use one language you particularly don't like, where the hell did that stem from?

@BrodieOnLinux If you don't like the language and project is written in, then don't contribute to it. It has no relevance to you if you're not a developer on it.

@BrodieOnLinuxMeanwhile here's me on Linux for 10 years and now get strange looks by non-linux users when I pronounce "garden gnome" with a hard G.

@BrodieOnLinuxThere use to be a saying "Fuck it, I'll fork it". This saying in itself suggests forking is a last resort.
