@amic if you're talking about Smash, it was definitely political as they were asking for rights. For A Hat in Time I'd say it's political because it's a big medium and they're clearly trying to express an opinion, with hopes for change. No problem with them doing that, but in terms of what'd be "political content", flags are used to represent ideas/groups, and generally considered political.

A lot of people think personal thoughts and feelings trump facts around here. It's boring, and echo chambery. Outrage culture will hopefully be gone one day but if history has anything to say, we'll see it tear things apart for a long long time.

@kaniini @thegibson this 2017 article seems to suggest it's alright, and it had rocky points in the past, but it's vastly improved. Obsessed with privacy but the first browser he recommends is Opera? Yeah ok.There absolutely is objectively hate speech lol. @schestowitz idk the female ads explicitly have references to things where kids could be like "what does that mean?" while the male ones don't, they're just suggestive. I feel like there's more to this story.
