Just unfollowed a smart and interesting person because they boost their own replies to people *a lot* and it's so odd. I get that it probably makes it easier for people to find their content but it always comes across to me as super smug

@codemonkeymike definitely worth a blog post because even if it's not all applicable to tother machines is, somebody's googlefu will fit nd that one command that unlocks something for them and they will love you

@me Interesting - where do you feel the pain? AWS RDS for 99% of time causes me way less trouble compared to my old dbs on boxes.

@simon that seems very simalar to lsof -p, which has been my 2am.on call debugging tool of choice when faced with the question "what the heck is this broken thing trying to do"

So far we've had...* From the DPO - "please email support"* "Tell us exactly what data you want"* Confirm a load of details (that I know they don't already have* "Your download is ready" (but no link)* "We're waiting for you to confirm your email address"* A download link in an email this morning!* Broken encoded URL* Manaully fixed encoding, still doesn't work though a browser, but curl got me a zip!* Zip is password protected....
