@ParadeGrotesque If all of my teammates reliably entered adequate commit subjects in the first line, I would be totally OK with multi-line messages. Unfortunately, some of them only put the ticket number in the first line and the Azure DevOps web UI only shows the first line of each message in the commit history. 🤦‍♂️

@shaun I saw this in a very high end neighborhood recently. Current owners have the house blurred out in Google Maps or I would show you.

@jerry I guess, by now, anyone who would have moved already has.

@ParadeGrotesque An "all hands" meeting is work. And if you're on vacation, you're not at work, so you wouldn't be attending the meetings. Seems simple. If $NEW_BOSS has a problem with that, then the problem is $NEW_BOSS.

@anthonyg @ParadeGrotesque It was my experience that attempting to follow users on mastodon.sdf.org would often not complete and it would say it was waiting for the follow request to be approved. My relatively uninformed guess was that the incoming event queues at mastodon.sdf.org had a high error rate or something and incoming follow requests were being lost. I gave up on trying to figure out how to follow people there, but it seems to have improved.

@ParadeGrotesque I think it's a double meaning. "im visier" translates literally as "in sight". I guess that can idiomatically mean the sight of a rifle.

@ParadeGrotesque My German isn't strong enough to say with any authority, but that seems like it might be a reasonable idiomatic translation. It would unfortunately lose the double meaning, if there is one.

@ParadeGrotesque I think it's probably just phrase "the enemy in sight", which could be taken from "keep the enemy in sight" or "I have the enemy in sight". Removing it from any context that explains it and the graphic of the third eye allow many interpretations. Perfect for an album title, which is what it seems to be.

@ParadeGrotesque Well, that album came out in 2019, so maybe not.

@ParadeGrotesque I get that vibe too. If it's not album art, it seems feels like propaganda for conspiracy theory nutjobs. I'm curious why you say that? Simply searching Google isn't finding anything.

@concretedog @ParadeGrotesque Then if it's still there tomorrow, do the world a favor and tear it down or something.

@ParadeGrotesque My wife and I just started 1899, but it was between that and Bodies. We'll probably watch Bodies next.

@ParadeGrotesque Well, first, Dark is indeed dark. Also, the first episode is misleading and everything gets a lot weirder and more interesting after that. That said, I'm not sure how to avoid spoiling it.

I think we in the US should all be writing our US Representatives requesting that they impeach Trump for a long list of reasons. I have no doubt he will provide more reasons each week, so we should keep writing.

Is email now considered a secure channel for transmitting PII, if both the sender and receiver are Microsoft-hosted Office365 tenants?
