@ParadeGrotesque I think it's a double meaning. "im visier" translates literally as "in sight". I guess that can idiomatically mean the sight of a rifle.

@ParadeGrotesque My German isn't strong enough to say with any authority, but that seems like it might be a reasonable idiomatic translation. It would unfortunately lose the double meaning, if there is one.

@ParadeGrotesque I think it's probably just phrase "the enemy in sight", which could be taken from "keep the enemy in sight" or "I have the enemy in sight". Removing it from any context that explains it and the graphic of the third eye allow many interpretations. Perfect for an album title, which is what it seems to be.

@coderCyclist Searching for "Den feind im visier" brings a lot of web sites which seem very ultra right, or websites that talk about the ultra-right.Nothing definitive, mind you but a lot of suspicious activity, so to speak.It seems the same motto (or variations thereof) is something faily common in German speaking neo-nazis circles.
