I decided to do something that I've never done or even had interest in doing before in my entire life, and that is...I HAVE REGISTERED TO VOTE!I felt like it was time to make a change and do something a little different. We'll see how this ends up and hopefully it makes a difference in some way.I know @jcrabapple will be pleased and excited to hear this news. @amerika I spent numerous all nighters doing very similar things. I spent so much of my youth using BBS's, and in fact, even ran my own for quite some time. TextFiles.com is such an awesome site! Love that place.

@amerika When I started out, I started at 1200 baud and most everyone in my neighborhood was quite jealous as they were all still on 300 baud at the time. So they looked up to me to run something with that faster speed.

Just had to have a Zoom meeting with one of my supervisors and instantly realized she's someone that is famous and has been on a TV show and it's a TV show that my wife and I actually watch, regularly.The odds of that happening are very small but very awesome all at the same time. She's very down to Earth. Was supposed to be a 10 minute work meeting, yet it ended up being a 35 minute talk session about the her and the show.@Thatmermaid_J you and I regularly talk about the show she's from.

The wife and I got super lucky to have actually found this at Walmart last night when we went shopping. @beardedtechguy I too signed up several months ago and have yet to receive my email to get signed in and get the app installed. Yet I've seen others who appear to have only signed up last night and have already gotten their emails, signed in and are using the app already. Kind of upsetting and kind of disappointing if that is the case. Though I know Dan is working diligently with tons of work, so here's to hoping I get said email super soon.@steve @Mrfunkedude @dansup

@david About $120 a month. $40 for the service at Masto.Host and then the rest is web hosting stuff, such as the blog, wiki and similar. We have about 400 members, and about 100 or so of them are considered active members.

Ok Fediverse, next MacOS question for y'all.I have three monitors, and let's say I'm focused on the middle monitor and then move to the monitor on the right where I have Mastodon. I have to click on anything on that monitor on the right to bring it into focus, then click what I'm wanting to click such as a link or whatever.Can I change that so when the cursor focuses the monitor it goes to?

@vidzy I'll mention the same thing here that I mentioned to @dansup with regards to the bio on Loops, please, PLEASE give us more than 80 characters as that truly is not enough for a decent BIO. 200 - 300 characters isn't that large and would be much more sufficient than just 80 characters.
