In today’s pro snacking for less tip we present old school popcorn! About 1/5 of a $2 packet of corn made this much. Nice to use good oil and salt too.

On the bird site I can only follow about 100 people before it gets too busy so might slow down a little on the follow backs sorry, tricky business. Attempting to skim and not scroll back too far though. It’s wonderful how alive it is here!

In other news Napier City Council has announced Beam e-scooters are going to start operating here. We haven’t any hire scooters at all here so this could be fun. Keen to take one for a spin. Already seeing grumbling from the locals 😬

In the Metatext app when you tap on a toot and it opens a details view there’s an eye icon top right, if you tap it changes to a crossed eye icon. Anyone know what it does other than opening someone’s garage door across town?

@strypey @64 @robert_p_king it would be good to have a time limit on edits. Maybe 2 hours perhaps so typos etc could be fixed but not some whole rewrite.

Can anyone please suggest a lightweight Linux distro that can run in Hyper-V on a Windows server and its only purpose is to host a SVN repository server? I setup a Windows server instance yesterday to run Visual SVN server but seems massive overkill. Am noob, please forgive. #Linux #SVN #HyperV
