       It’s been almost a month here on mastodon.nz and am feeling most grateful for the massive amount of work the admin team are doing to create and maintain a fun and healthy place for us to enjoy. I know it’s not much but I've just setup a $5 per month contribution to costs.        #HatTip to @brena > I know it’s not much but I've just setup a $5 per month contribution to costsThis is so cool! $5 may not seem like much, but you can get a large pizza for that. $5 a month is half a Netflix subscription. masto.host will give you a Mastodon server of your own for the equivalent of about $10 a month. If everyone on your server gave $5 a month, your admin team would have $50,000 a month two play with, which I imagine would buy a lot of coffee. Even the fancy plunger kind ;)

       @strypey thanks! I'm hoping the people working hard behind the scenes may be rewarded for their wonderful work too, in a way they'd like or find useful.
