@ParadeGrotesque That said, if I want to follow a company because I like their products (favorite car, smartphone, plastic building blocks) I should be able to do that. Nobody forces anyone else to follow them if they have a Mastadon presence.

@arstechnica Having read some anti- wind turbine sites it doesn't surprise me. Their number one gripe is 'inaudible sound' keeping you awake at night.

@baltakatei The problem is that the income these podcasters and youtubers get from their work probably isn't enough to cover their own costs, let alone have some money to spare for wikipedia.

@randahl @anderspuck Whenever I listen to these ridiculous discussions about ad-blockers on youtube I think of guys like him who get half of that ad revenue and have to work hard to make that quality content. If you "stick it to the men", you're also sticking it to small independent guys working their balls of to give you things you wouldn't get from any mainstream source (except maybe the BBC). So pay your youtube premium (as I do) or just watch the ads.

@jgkoomey I want to do the same thing here but don't have the space for a large tank. The existing instantanious thingy will last me a few years longer. Hope there will be more 'small appartement' options in the coming years.

@cy @jgkoomey That happens more here in Europe, every appartement has it's own water and heat. Depends on the appartment. I actually don't live in an appartment but a quite small house.
