@piotrsikora @ftdl Niestety, ale nie powinno być wymijających odpowiedzi od reprezentantów ISP. Jeśli adresów nie mają, albo chcą więcej pieniędzy, to w porządku, tylko niech nie ograniczają tego do umów biznesowych i mówią prawdę.

@volpeon Or making fun of notches and then... yeah...To be fair you can get better audio quality on an external adapter with a DAC, but then it would be very nice if phones had more than one USB-C port... or just had better DACs for an almost imperceptible price or size increase.I love USB-C, but the jack being smaller and able to rotate just can't be beaten.

@volpeon I do quite like the reddit/lemmy format, but it definitely suffers from being the secondary place to post stuff, probably because who you are doesn't mean much on such platforms, so it doesn't attract creators looking to build an audience.Maybe someone needs to find a better balance between the twitter-style social media and forums that still allows people to form direct connections seamlessly.

@didek Ważne dokumenty w aplikacji wydają mi się kiepskim pomysłem nawet bez użycia technologii przemysłowego wykluczania alternatyw jaką jest trusted computing. Posiadanie plastikowej karty nie jest jakimś niesamowitym utrudnieniem i oby tak było dalej, dopóki tego typu opresyjne rozwiązania nie odejdą do historii.

@BrodieOnLinux I feel like you and others writing those articles missed what the new security platform will actually provide, namely "anti-tamper protection" which on a client device means one thing, trusted computing.So it's actually going to be the opposite, this will make it infinitely easier for developers to say "we don't want this to run anywhere outside a locked-down install of WIndows", they will no longer need to use products such as EAC or develop their own in-house systems, they'll just slap some API calls on their server and client, and that'll get them 99% of the way there if Microsoft does their "job".This will be a danger to gaming on Linux (and interoperability in general), and could even corner Valve into adding similar "features" on their system so that game developers can whitelist the Steam Deck, to the detriment of everyone else's freedom.

@blumlaut What exactly is your problem?I haven't experienced phantom sense in the way a lot of people describe it, but I have experienced phantom smell on a few occasions when seeing things strongly associated with one, so idk, I'm willing to believe peoples' brains are capable of filling in sensations and that it probably varies from person to person
