@sean seems to be no real developer support for that kind of due dilligence.Many admins simply don't federate with other instances, to avoid having to deal with hate.At one point I asked if anyone was planning on forking the project to introduce proper content oversight and user protection, but although it's one of my most boosted posts ever, nobody responded in the affirmative.So, huge demand, but not much reasons for hopefulness?Sorry I can't bring better news.

But even they have to have the technical terms in there, to link their work with the works of others.And then there are people who have nothing of importance to say, and hide it with academia-sprechen and clout.And then there are people who are just so deep into their field that they sound like they're saying nothing, wrapped up in academia-sprechen.Life is hard.
