       @Linux Good. The only thing I use Windows for now is a game (Space Engineers on Steam) and if Wine is able to run it (it was bloody awful last time I tried) I'll switch permanently. Much prefer Linux.

       𝗧𝘂𝗮𝗺A name to conjure with in Ireland.A place run by the Catholic church as a prison for unwed mothers, where they served out a "penitence" (sentence) for their "sin" of falling pregnant. Where their babies were taken away and either sold for adoption or starved to death.One of many such places in Ireland and around the world.Ever wondered just how the German people seemed blind to the horrors of the concentration camps? Look at the people in the towns around these Catholic places; the thought process is exactly the same.They know what is going on but, in self defence, they shut it out of their conscious minds. They simply can't accept that their people are guilty of such behaviour. To shore up this mindset they look to the authority (the NAZIs or the Catholic church) of the institution and shrug their shoulders.𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮.This same thought process applies in Canada and Australia.Without acknowledgement of this horror, without the Catholic church accepting their guilt and owning it publicly, without it being discussed openly by them, we will let it happen again.

       Two "murders" that can be linked absolutely to genetic issues, one "murder" that is highly questionable, and a "manslaughter" based on highly circumstantial evidence.This woman should never have been gaoled. The prosecutors relied on a perceived "pattern of behaviour" rather than proof; it sucked then, and it sucks even more now. That genetic science can now prove it's contention means she should be released; the Judiciary in this country needs to get up to speed on modern science. Now.And no, no politician should have the ability to commute or overturn a judicial sentence.
