Two "murders" that can be linked absolutely to genetic issues, one "murder" that is highly questionable, and a "manslaughter" based on highly circumstantial evidence. This woman should never have been gaoled. The prosecutors relied on a perceived "pattern of behaviour" rather than proof; it sucked then, and it sucks even more now. That genetic science can now prove it's contention means she should be released; the Judiciary in this country needs to get up to speed on modern science. Now.And no, no politician should have the ability to commute or overturn a judicial sentence.
