It’s funny. In a press conference after Judge Benitez’s decision came out, Governor Newsom arrogantly claimed that this lawsuit was the work of the gun lobby, that California respects the second amendment, and that gun owners have no problem with assault weapon bans. Well California doesn’t, and gun owners have SERIOUS problems with these laws - and we’re ready for a HUGE FIGHT in court.AG Bonta is going to have a very hard time in court.Good luck…END

This tells me two possibilities:1. The deep state in general believes that the election one month away is a lost cause and will play for a stalemate. Possibly even a war based on what we see in the Baltic Sea. Something, anything, to use as an excuse to suspend the 2022 election and maintain the status quo, with a great big provocation for MAGA to say, “ENOUGH!” and spark a civil war.
