@ocean There will be an expansion still, according to them. They mention it at the end of their announcement on the website.

@ocean I actually have yet to play it, because when it came out I wanted to upgrade my GPU before starting it. Since then I've upgraded, but just never got around to it. Views were mixed from all my friends that played. The consensus seemed to be really awesome world and setting, but mechanics fell flat a lot, with one or two opinions going strongly good/bad.I'm excited to eventually play it, even more so now that it seems to have been improved a lot through patches. Just currently busy with Elden Ring and Tiny Tina's later this week.

@ocean Oh I actually bought it on the winter sale after it came out lol. I think it was on a small discount and I knew I would get it at some point anyway, so I figured might as well get it then for slightly less instead of full price when I got a new GPU....I just didn't expect to have to go through hell to get a new GPU. Took a very long time.

@ocean Awfully late, too. I hope everything is ok! Make sure they're giving you the right catgirl medicine.

@ocean The only thing I ever write in cursive is my signature. Everything else I use print because cursive doesn't give a shit about whoever needs to read it. Even someone with good handwriting writing in cursive is much more difficult to read than if it was written in print. It's just swooshes and loops ad nauseam and if you're trying to just read it really quick it can all blend together.

@ocean If you don't have a streaming device like a Roku, it cuts out that middleman.

@ocean I mean that market is me lol. I've had various streaming services that I only used on my PC because I didn't have a TV for awhile. So when I bought one, the fact that it was a smart TV kept me from needing to buy whatever streaming thing I would've needed.I have bought consoles, but I don't think they have every streaming thing, do they? Like they have Netflix and Hulu, but do they have other stuff like HBO Max, Funimation/Crunchyroll, Disney+, etc.? Not to mention not having to boot up the console to watch stuff is also convenient. I can just start the app when I turn on my TV. A small thing, but it removes a step.

@ocean That's good, I remember a long time ago it could be a toss up. I think I got my current TV back in like 2018, and I vaguely remember looking at console stuff and people asking when certain streaming services would be available on PS4/Xbox. Although granted it's been 4 years so my memory might be missing details.

@esheep Full disclosure: I haven't beaten the game, and it has been a few years since I've played now.I think the hallway lasts until about the halfway point, then it opens up. My issue was I was so bored that by the time it opened up I didn't feel like playing anymore lol. Personally I really disliked the combat. It felt like instead of making choices I was just changing the overall strategy of the party. It was kind of fun to learn, but once I figured it out it just kind of felt like I was going "Ok, offense mode. Ok that hurt so heal mode. Ok now defense mode to buff up. Now back to offense mode."I think I was mostly frustrated with lack of actual control. It felt more like I was directing a fight instead of fighting.

@Rasp My ex had a huge issue trying to explain this to her parents as well. They would say she's just like Sheldon, she would say she hates that they think that because he's always the butt of the jokes and she also feels like she's the butt of a lot of jokes, they would say "Oh not like that" (or some other dumb thing) and then somehow think that made her feel better. It happened every time the show was brought up.

@ocean If you ever want to mix it up you should choose a word someone says correctly then act like you're correcting them on it by saying the same thing.

@ocean The rules change a lot when specifically marketing to kids is involved. Those mobile games may end up being played by kids, but most of them aren't specifically marketed to kids.

@Paradox From what I've heard he was pretty racist. Although to be fair I never really looked deeper into it than what I've been told, given the timeframe he lived in. It was pretty easy to just accept "white guy from early 1900s was racist".

@ocean Oshy don't downplay it as a picture of a sculpture. What you got there is a real bona fide picture of ghosts.

@Paradox I went to college in Indy and it wasn't too bad while I lived there. I don't know what qualifies as affordable to you, but living downtown it pricey unless you have a good job.If you just want to live in the city then definitely look into each area. Don't live on the East side. South side is ok but the more South you are the less lgbt friendly it will be (The people get more redneck and religious). I think the West side is ok, although I'm not sure how good transportation is over there. The North side is the "rich people" area and is probably the best place to live, although it probably cost as much as downtown or more depending on where you are. All that being said, you'd still be living in Indiana. The cost of living is great compared to most other places but there is a lot of religious conservatives if you go anywhere outside of Indy or the bigger college towns.
