anyone here collecting or thinking of stocking..holding back old equipment thats non-smart? like Tvs, fridges, appliances etc?I already held back quite a bit of physical media/players..then older non smart 1080p TVsOnly ask cause was tinking with my wifi and noticed since my neighrbor got new appliances, their fridge and stove are now popping up on my wifi LMAOO

someone help me out, i have a roku ultra box, got a new comcast modem and since then it has troubles connecting to wifi through a few walls/rooms overthing is it says EXCELLENT SIGNAL STRENGTH when connecting to wifi on the unit but then download speeds are poor less than 1mbpshow does that make any sense? I thought usually if you have poor connnection signal strength would be no bars/ultra weak?

@billybon3s yeah i just need a quick reset, ive been traning heavily last year, weights, (got to strongest ever in my life with some liftS), used this neck pill for months the wrong way, and bad mattress all fucked me tender...and laying on my stomach on the computer...so 2 of the 3 things above have already been negated

so tried another router testing(not a new modem just off their modem to another router), I had wifi issues reaching out in the living room with the stock comcast cable modem wifi.speeds are 100x faster aka 110mbps versus 1-3 off the comcast modem.just goes to show you the garbage equipment they give you.

well another chiropracter update, feel better but now with weight lifting and that, i notice im activating muscles differently so my main muscle im targetting is fine but then supporting muscles are activating differently and some of those arent up to snuff, almost like i have to rebuild back up again, so doing like 50% workouts for now.Doing chest stuff feels great, i did some pushups yesterday and never felt so good, usually it always felt semi-weird like i had poor form, now doing them fine

anyone do weightlifting here? I need a do bicep arm workout, i use to go to the classic bent over concentration curls on a bench 1 arm at a time but now that im older/bad form(?) i engage my neck too much bending over somehow and end up getting strain in the neck/shoulder area.Guess time to not do that exercise anymore and do standing curls, curl bar, or waiter curls it seems.

not sure if its a monopoly/profit move, but USB c cables are like 5-10x more expensive then a plain jane usb cable now?So switch to new standard = exponential profits for cable makers?

anyone on here ever use beet rood powder supplements? Curious of positive effects...Was gonna use for more of a natural sports supplement versus using a comparative chemical based supplement
