well another chiropracter update, feel better but now with weight lifting and that, i notice im activating muscles differently so my main muscle im targetting is fine but then supporting muscles are activating differently and some of those arent up to snuff, almost like i have to rebuild back up again, so doing like 50% workouts for now.Doing chest stuff feels great, i did some pushups yesterday and never felt so good, usually it always felt semi-weird like i had poor form, now doing them fine

@JackBandit >Impingement syndrome describes a condition in which the tendons of the rotator cuff of the shoulder are pinched as they pass between the top of the upper arm (humerus) and the tip of the shoulder (acromion). The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles and bones that share a common tendon.A muscle imbalance can cause it. Piriformis syndrome is a sciatica caused by a muscle in your butt.
