@mia Yeah I haven't had to up my dose for like over a decade now, there's no tolerance you build up in my experience and yet it's still being treated with the same precautions as opiates by regulators here. 😶

@kline to be fair, must be tough losing access to the only set of channels on your chat protocol that aren't dedicated to the sharing of CSAM.

Made a 12V PWM fan adapter board for the Quartz64 Model A.Level shifts the PWM signals and tacho lines from 3.3V to 5V, and the 12V is powered from the JST XH 4-pin 2.5mm header the board has.

I'm not sure if there's any interest in this, but if someone wants one for $10 a piece (including JST XH cable) I'll have a few left over (provided they work), if there's more than one person asking for it I'll put it up on Tindie. Will also publish the device tree overlay for using this once I have it in my hands.

You buy something from Nitrokey once and they spend the next few years in your e-mail inbox excitedly announcing that they have a new 5 year old product they didn't make marked up 1000% for you to purchase.

@mia First time I've had contacts in I had some serious childhood memory flashbacks and somebody else told me they had that experience as well.

@kline From what I've heard from friends, just get some new budget Pixel. Personally I only use Fairphones but they're not cheap for the specs.

@shironeko Let's Encrypt, according to their own documentation, verifies DNSSEC. And that is the only party who needs to be verifying it in this case to prevent a misissued cert. I do not care about DNSSEC rollout beyond that usecase. If you've found evidence that Let's Encrypt issues a certificate for a DNSSEC-signed domain that fails DNSSEC verification, you should report that to them.

@shironeko No, and I know where you're trying to go with this. "If DNSSEC with LE is optional, can't an attacker just strip DNSSEC thereby rendering it useless?" and the answer is no they can't because that's not how DNSSEC works.

fontconfig's source code apparently uses 4 spaces to indicate an indent of one, and a singular tab (which you then need to set to width 8) to mean an indent of 2.

With every war that ends, there are always people who die during hostilities between the time of the ceasefire being agreed upon, and the time it comes into effect or the news reaching that unit. Of all the pointless deaths that war causes, these deaths are the most pointless.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charley_Havlat
