@El_joa How do "we" make it better. It's decentralized that's the whole point. The fedi is only of value because everyone can engage and moderate no matter what their views. Block who you want but I don't feel obliged to do anythingIt's also quite racist to put a special blame on individuals due to their specific skin color. @vaartis @thendrix @lapin Generally there is a foreign language requirement but you can choose. The options are 1) Spanish 2) French 3) GermanI know people who took Chinese and American sign language as other options. Latin is somewhat common at private schools but not in public schools

@deprecated A little reported fact is that like every other major vaccine the covid vaccines were meant to be one shot.However since only half the country would get vaccinated Pfizer bumped the requirements to two doses.Now 54% of the of US citizens took two shots so we have 108% vaccination rate. I'm very excited for the 10th shot to reach 540% vaccination rate. Where covid rates go negative (except in Florida)

No one is "unvaccinated" they are not vaccinated.You don't take a shot and then undue it later. Why does everyone say "unvaccinated"?My theory is the wording implies the natural state of a person is to be vaccinated, instead of not being vaccinated. In reality no one is born vaccinatedIt's hard to demonize people for inaction but making it sound like they took the action of unvacinating themselves makes them appear to take an "selfish " act

@deprecated I remember being required to buy a new calc book for $150 (you had to have a key for online use) but I learned more using a 30 year old calc book.It's such a scam. Education could be practical free

When the hot oil expands in the air it all catches on fire in a explosion.Never put out a grease fire with water you need a extinguisher. The ice is much worse because you could get the water under the oil before it explodes
