@n3tcat @fudge_the_sphinx the textbook I read was "the blend method" by michael bono (which, despite the name, also discusses galvanic). I found it useful but there was also some really questionable stuff in there around electronics, so definitely take it's contents with a big grain of salt. (also an unsurprising amount of cisheteronormativity). I think sophie had a second textbook besides this one that I haven't looked at.attached a couple screenshots of this silliness. the "mA = 0.1xmA" thing is bonkers and really tripped me up.

@b yeah IIRC it's just the opamp that takes in the raw battery voltage. I think in theory it should be fine to be powered off of the 3.3V or 5V bus. A smoothing capacitor would be goodGood catch about the TRS error! I can fix that in the next few days. I've been using a 3 pin plug so I haven't run into the issue

I believe blend is more common.I can't imagine salons using anything like my machine since it doesn't have any kind of medical certification

@BabyFn0rd @gkrnours I feel like a bic pen could work quite well if you drill out the end and glue in the holder thingy. It's nice when it's a little recessed in the pen but it's not a dealbreaker if it sticks out I imagine
