@GlitchGhost In Italy they were sold rebranded as "Gli orsetti del cuore" (something like "little bears of the heart") and their show was aired on the same network that aired My Little Pony gen 1 and such, but I don't really remember the show. I'm not sure if I missed it or if it just faded away from my memory.

@iswyrm cool to see the show went around the world, for me i was introduced to them in the 2000s when i was little and the plushie toys at the time included vhs tapes of the 80s cartoon which i think was the main reason i liked those at the time

@iswyrm at that time a lot of older shows and movies from the 80s and 90s were getting home media releases on vhs and i pretty much remember all the classic care bears cartoons from the old ones up until the mid 2000s. the ONES I HAD AT THE TIME was the DIC series FROM the early 80s, the care bear family the 80s series, the 1985 care bear film and its seqAUL AND THEN THERE WAS Journey to Joke-a-lot (2004) AND Big Wish Movie (2005) AND AFTER THAT I MOVED ON FROM CARE BEARS BUT MAN IT WAS SWEET

@iswyrm my favorite versions of grumpy has to be from the DIC and care bear family series, his voice actors in those shows just seem to match so well
