@morrigan Real REAL shit. I probably won't, ngl. I'm praying the moon changes and a butterfly flaps its wings somewhere and I get over this fuckass block I have against actually actively intervening in a way I know to work in the bullshit misery pit I seem to have dug for myself. Next week I'm gonna commit to pinging you on friday.5 tibetan rites x 12 2 x 20 side-lying leg lifts 10 scapula push ups 30 glute bridges 5 negative pull ups 5 minutes variable pace shadowboxing and knife drawing drills 2x tree poseAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH YUP FELT THAT.

@morrigan Yes, it's a great way to train up to being able to do more or any full ones. And the knife drills are essentially knowing where your knife is and going through the motions of drawing it from any number of set resting positions, going into a solid stance, and doing one of several or no consistent set strikes in one fluid motion until your arm/body does it all instead of your brain. It's all about form, if you're doing it fast enough to risk cutting yourself, it's happening way too fast. The speed comes from the muscle memory.
