Though I suspect the miniature mac might also be a novelty alarm clock.) I see the row of three (nixie tube, then the old-timey one with the numbers that flip, then the analogue clock). I don't see the fourth one. Are you counting the hard drive, above the analogue clock, the one that is partially disassembled and looks like it caught fire at some point?
