       @Synclair is there proof he had "50 rounds"? i assume the "investigation" into the shooting will reveal this, behind closed doors, but if any of this is true, it means no charges pressed, which means we may never know wtf.

       @picofarad I don’t know. I don’t think the “50 rounds”  or however many rounds or type of ammunition is significant.  If someone pulls out a gun during official acts, I wouldn’t be worrying at that point how heavily armed someone is, I’d be trying hard not to get unalived by the person I’m trying to get under control.
