       Periodic reminder -- related: Never install your employer's software on your phone. Demand they provide the phone to run the software. "If you need me to run it you will provide the hardware."Employee on-boarding for phones often involves enrolling it with an enterprise management system that takes over command ownership of your phone. It's not yours anymore, and your employer can probably decrypt everything stored on it, if they had a reason to try.
