       @ArmchairEconomist01 it isn't worth $1mil either. I grew up in a house similar to that, and it was $35k in 70s, and $250k in 2005ish, and probably $800k last year.that house is probably worth about $120,000 assuming everything is perfect and there's no crime and ...but then again, my house cost $35k in 2013 and i just paid for it and it's fine. it keeps the ice and sun out.
