       @progo Yes, just sent a message to our media guy at church. Honestly it's been buggy to me, whole page reloads a couple times when playing video and transitioning to full screen. Seems like a mess and won't be getting better now for sure.

       @maxburn it's unfortunate. I imagine a lot of people preferred their basic business model of "publisher pays" instead of "every user is a personal data treasure to be mined".

       @maxburn I've got a stash of computer club presentation recordings I need to cut and publish, and I decided I'm putting them on Substack, since they seem to offer all-you-can-eat free publishing for text, audio, and video. I hope it goes well.

       @maxburn I think Vimeo wasn't big on free publishing of videos; either the viewer pays like paying to access a library, or the publisher pays and avoids all the YouTube bullshit.
