       There is absolutely no way that men who call women infantalising crap like "sweetheart" and "doll" aren't 100% aware of what they are doing. It's absolutely deliberate and I don't give a flying fuck how well-meaning they pretend to be. It's not ok to address a grown woman this way, ever.
