       Don't even get me started on couriers. We had a parcel shoved through our works letter box from a well know company DHL. I emailed them and explained that they have delivered a parcel to the wrong address and included the persons name and intended address along with the long code under the bar code. Just got a reply thanking me and apologising for their mistake. Then they asked for the long code under the bar code. Can folk actually read nowadays !? 🙄
