       Crazy thing about housing prices is they're cheaper today than they were in 70's, when priced in gold. So essentially the purchasing power of US consumers has been obliterated and that's why it feels expensive. More houses probably won't fix it.

       @Griffith Prices would come down if there were more supply. The problem (for us) isn’t just cost though. It’s the shrinking economic difference between us and the undesirable populations we’re trying to get away from. Cheap housing exists. There’s a reason it’s cheap. That won’t change with more houses for sure. White men need to make more money at the expense of women and nonwhites. There’s no other way to fix this.

       @john_darksoul Mass remigration would solve a lot of problems, basically all of them, for sure. It's simply interesting to see that historically, home prices would be at a low point if the currency was behaving reasonably.

       @Griffith what I'm saying is that that may be misleading if you're thinking in terms of how much real wealth a house represents-- even gold isn't a perfect benchmarkbut yeah I get it it's still instructive

       @Griffith Yea. I see a lot of the sentiment that these people will leave if things get worse. I don’t believe that either. Or at least things would have to get worse for them than they would be in their country. How bad does it need to get for an Indian to go back to India, or a Somali back to Somalia for that matter? These people will never leave on their own. Problem is I do not predict any politician having the backbone to force them out.
