Is there a #Thunderbolt dock that can be connected to 2(!) computers via #USB-C?It should support:maybe 2x Thunderbolt USB-C input (from 2 different computers)2x 4K TFT output (HDMI and/or DP)Power delivery>= 4 USB-A input/switch (USB 3) for peripheral devices (keyboard, mouse, ...)>= 2 USB-C switch for occasional USB devicesMy setup with 2 computers does seem to be unstable for my #Linux setup 😞 I connect the desktop (sadly no Thunderbolt at the moment) via HDMI/DP to the TFTs; Notebook via TB3 dock to DP/HDMI; USB-Switch (or KVM-switch) for switching the USB devices as well.So why not having everything in one switch for two computers?

@publicvoit I'm interested in such a thing too. Instead right now I am using a Caldigit Element 4 hub and manually plugging and unplugging two upstream cables. It's an inelegant solution but a very good hub. (I have a USB-C 5GbE network adapter plugged into one of the rear ports.)

@stvo 🤩 Oh, I think I know which device I'm going to get soon.Need to read the fine print but that seems to be exactly the thing I was looking for.Do you - by chance - know if this device is supported by fwupdmgr (Linux firmware updates)?

@publicvoit i have one of these at work for a share Desktop/Laptop Workspace. But they are quite expensive. Additional Monitor would be nearly the same.https://www.kvm-switch.de/de/4k60hz-dual-monitor-laptop-usb-c-12-in-1-docking-station-mit-60w-pd-und-pc-dp-hdmi-kvm-switch-zu-2x-4k-hdmi-3xusb-3-0-audio-etc.html

@stvo Hm, quite similar to the previous one. Let's see how they differ ...The price tag doesn't scare me too much as this replaces a TB dock + a KVM switch (which do have issues in my setup).

@stvo I just ordered the AV Access iDock-P10 for 193€. It ticks all my boxes and since my Lenovo dock is about to break down, this seems to be a good choice. It'll arrive in 2 weeks. Thanks for the pointer! 🙇
